Overview
As a Customer Success Manager at Brivex, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of growing businesses using our card issuing and spend management platform. You’ll help finance and operations teams get set up quickly, adopt the features that matter most to them, and see clear value from their card program. You’ll be a trusted advisor, not just a support contact.
Responsibilities
You will guide customers from onboarding through renewal. Your role includes running kickoff and training sessions, monitoring account health, identifying expansion opportunities, and working with support, product, and sales to resolve issues and represent the customer’s voice inside Brivex. You’ll also build playbooks that help the team scale as our customer base grows.
Own onboarding for new customers, from card program setup to first transactions.
Run regular business reviews and share insights on spend, adoption, and savings.
Track account health and act early on risks to retention.
Identify expansion opportunities and partner with account executives on renewals.
Share customer feedback with product teams to help shape the roadmap.
The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at Brivex, you’ll make sure every customer in your portfolio gets lasting value from the platform. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years in customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS or fintech company, ideally working with finance teams. You’re organized, a clear communicator, and comfortable explaining topics like spend controls, accounting integrations, and reconciliation to both CFOs and day-to-day users. Experience with accounting software or payments is a plus, and you’ll enjoy turning customer feedback into practical product improvements.
Key Benefits
At Brivex, we prioritize your growth, well-being, and work-life balance. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy competitive compensation, a bonus tied to customer outcomes, a hybrid schedule with three office days a week in London, and a yearly budget for professional development. You’ll join a supportive team that celebrates wins together and puts customers at the center of every decision.
